Make your own healing nature trail!

Next time you visit a forest, let the healing begin! Japan and Korea have designated healing forest trails but if none appear in a forest near you, consider mapping your own. Draw, paint or take pictures of "trail markers" of special interest to you along the way. Maybe your trail markers will be cairns that you make. Maybe they'll be trees or plants chosen for special identifying aspects. Maybe you'll be drawn to elements in a particular color scheme.

Draw, paint or print your images when you get home and arrange them in a journal you can use to visit the same trail every season and record what changes.
